As distinguished guests of Beya Suites, we would like for you to be aware of the following. We trust that this will assist in making your stay a more comfortable, relaxing and memorable:

1. Room rates are as follows: US$60.00 for single occupancy; US$75.00 for double occupancy and US$90.00 for triple occupancy.  Apartment Rental is US$1,250.00 per month. There are no charges for children under 10 years old. All rates attract 9% hotel tax.
2. We accept major credit cards including Visa, Master Card and American Express.
3. Check in time is 2:00 p.m.; Check out time is 11:00 a.m.  Additional charges will be effected if the check out time is not adhered to.
4.  We do not encourage smoking, but we permit smoking in un-enclosed areas such as on the verandah.  SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the rooms, hall-way, lobby and dining area.
5. We promote environmental consciousness and conservation awareness.  Please assist us in this endeavor by turning off the lights, fans, television, air-conditioning and other equipment when not in use.
6. An iron is available for guest use in the utility room.  IRONING ON THE BEDS OR ON THE TABLES AND CHAIRS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
7. Telephones in the rooms are for guests’ use only.  Please see our telephone policy in this booklet.
8. The following services are also available: (1) Dining services – breakfast and dinner, upon request; (2) Bar services; (3) Laundry services; and (4) Internet services.  Please contact us for more information.
9. Tours to the cayes and inland areas are available upon request.  Please contact the front desk for more details.
10. Guests are not allowed to receive visitors in the hotel rooms for any duration of time in excess of one hour.  All visitors must leave the premises by closing time, which is 9:00 p.m.
11. Damages caused to equipment, furniture and premises by guests and their visitors will be the responsibility of the guests.  Guests will be required to pay Beya Suites for full replacement or repair of damages.
